Movement has always been my life. I went to a prestigious ballet school, dedicating years to perfecting my craft before becoming a professional dancer.
Dance wasn’t just a career — it was my passion, identity, and way of expressing myself.

A serious car accident changed everything. The prognosis for my right hand wasn’t hopeful, and doctors told me I might never regain full function.
For someone whose body was their instrument, this was devastating.

I was lucky. I found an incredible doctor and a physiotherapist who believed in recovery as much as I did. I never liked the gym, but I had no choice — I had to start strength training as part of my rehabilitation. At first, it was just about getting my hand back. But as I progressed, something shifted. I saw my body grow stronger, not just in recovery, but in ways I never expected.

When I finally regained full strength, I knew I couldn’t go back to my old path.

I realized my journey wasn’t just about getting back to where I was — it was about moving forward with a new purpose. I chose a new one: helping others rebuild their bodies, confidence, and resilience — just like I did for myself.
